Do not stop taking your medication unless your healthcare professional tells you to

It is advisable to take your medicine at the same time each day which may help your heart to pump blood around your body effectively. Make sure you keep taking Entresto® even if you are feeling better. You should consult your doctor or nurse before you stop taking sacubitril/valsartan.1

Sacubitril/valsartan should be taken as one tablet twice daily, with or without food. Splitting or crushing the tablets is not recommended.1
